Elemental Analysis & General Analytical Services

The laboratory of microanalysis performs routinely microanalyses of chemical compounds (carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and sulfur content) on a LECO Truespec microanalyzer, with the option of oxygen-determination.

On request our analytical laboratory can provide additional services including:

• Separation of enantiomers with GC or HPLC on chiral stationary phases
• UHPLC-CAD (charged aerosol detector) and HPLC-ELSD (evaporating light scattering detector)
• Semi-preparative HPLC purification
• Method development for HPLC-DAD and GC-FID analysis including purity
