Suited for the analysis of small and volatile molecules with rather low polarity that can be evaporated without decomposition.

High-resolution ion mobility QTOF UHPLC-MS(/MS) fitted optionally with electrospray ionization, atmospheric pressure chemical ionization, and atmospheric photoionization sources (ESI, APCI or APPI). This system with a resolution up to 70’000, a mass accuracy ≤ 2 ppm and an extended mass range (m/z 50-20'000) allows MS/MS experiments, calculation of the collision cross section of ions (CSS), and is on-line coupled to a Vanquish UHPLC system (up to 1500 bar).
Suited for structure elucidation and quantification of labile compounds in complex samples (e.g. polar compounds, metal complexes, biopolymers) biological extracts). Separation of ions with the same mass such as structural isomers is possible.

This system has a resolution up to 140’000, a mass accuracy ≤ 2 ppm, an extended mass range (m/z 50-6000) and is on-line coupled to an Ultimate 3000 UHPLC system (up to 1000 bar).
Suited for structure elucidation and quantification of labile compounds in complex samples (e.g. polar compounds, metal complexes, and biopolymers) and complex biological extracts.

Maldi-TOF instrument equipped with Smartbeam laser and stainless steel targets. A thin-layer chromatography plate adapter allows Maldi imaging of TLC plates. Suited for the analysis of polyaromatic hydrocarbones, dendrimers, peptides, proteins, polymer, and metal complexes of higher MR. Mass accuracy ≤ 5 ppm.
